Easy Mongolian Beef is BETTER than the restaurant version and ready in 20 minutes.   Ingredients: 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced 1/4 cup cornstarch 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar 1/2 cup beef broth 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp ginger, grated 2 green onions, chopped 1 tbsp oil Instructions: Toss sliced steak in cornstarch. Heat oil in a pan and cook steak until browned. Remove from pan n the same pan, add garlic & ginger, cook for 30 seconds. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and broth. Simmer until slightly thick. Add beef back to pan, toss in sauce. Top with green onions! Serve over rice and enjoy!
